These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GymGrow, operated by Gym Grow Agency (Georgian IE, registration number 300458760) ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using GymGrow at gymgrow.io or our portal, you agree to these Terms.

GymGrow is a SaaS platform that automates SEO content publishing, Google Business Profile management, and local search visibility for gyms and martial arts studios. The service includes daily article publishing, Google Business Profile posting, citation tracking, and Search Console analytics — all on behalf of the gym owner who subscribes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. By using GymGrow, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To use GymGrow, you will connect your Google account (Google Business Profile, Search Console) and optionally your Meta account (Instagram, Facebook). By doing so, you authorise GymGrow to act on your behalf to publish content and manage your listings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
GymGrow is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at gymgrow.io. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
GymGrow generates and publishes SEO content on your behalf using AI. You retain ownership of all content published to your website and Google Business Profile. You grant GymGrow a limited licence to publish, post, and manage content on your behalf as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your website and business comply with applicable laws.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or interruptions to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymGrow and Gym Grow Agency are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, rankings, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that damages GymGrow or its clients. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@gymgrow.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any material changes. Continued use of GymGrow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
