By accessing or using GymGrow (gymgrow.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
GymGrow is a SEO automation platform that publishes content to your website, manages your Google Business Profile, and tracks local citations on your behalf. The service is provided by Gym Grow Agency, Georgian Individual Entrepreneur (registration number 300458760).
2. Eligibility
You must be the owner or authorized representative of the gym or fitness business you are registering. By using GymGrow, you confirm that you have the authority to connect the Google, Meta, and website accounts associated with your business.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your business information
- You grant GymGrow permission to publish content to your website and social accounts on your behalf
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- You are responsible for reviewing published content and notifying us of any issues
4. Google and Meta integrations
By connecting your Google or Meta accounts, you authorize GymGrow to act on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google or Meta account settings. Revoking access will disable automation features that depend on those integrations.
5. Subscription and payment
GymGrow is offered as a monthly subscription. Pricing is communicated at onboarding. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Content ownership
All content published to your website and social accounts by GymGrow remains your property. GymGrow claims no ownership over content generated for your business. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Service availability
We aim to run automation daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime caused by third-party APIs (Google, Meta, OpenAI) is outside our control. We will notify you via Telegram of any significant disruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
GymGrow is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including changes to your search rankings, social account suspensions, or third-party API changes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens will be deleted and automation will cease. Your published content remains on your platforms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients via email or Telegram of any material changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
