- Name and email address when you request access or contact us
- Business information (gym name, website URL, location) when onboarding
- Google account data (Search Console, Google Business Profile) when you authorize our application via OAuth
- Meta account data (Instagram, Facebook Pages) when you authorize our application
3. How we use Google user data
GymGrow uses Google OAuth to access your Google Search Console and Google Business Profile data on your behalf. Specifically, we use this access to:
- Submit new URLs for indexing via the Google Indexing API
- Read Search Console performance data (impressions, clicks, keywords) for reporting
- Read and post to your Google Business Profile (reviews, posts, photos)
We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third party. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. Access tokens are stored securely and used solely to perform the actions described above on your behalf.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use Meta user data
GymGrow uses Meta OAuth to post content to your Instagram and Facebook Pages on your behalf. Specifically:
- Posting review story images to Instagram
- Posting article links and updates to Facebook Pages
We do not sell or share your Meta user data with third parties.
5. Data storage and security
OAuth tokens and business data are stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. Tokens are stored locally on secured servers and are never shared with unauthorized parties.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@gymgrow.io.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Revoke OAuth access at any time via your Google or Meta account settings
- Withdraw consent for data processing
